I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The infrastructure here is truly impressive, with modern rooms that are clean, warm, and comfortable. The bed in my room was exceptionally good, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The location was also perfect, as it was nestled in a beautiful garden area near the mall. I loved being surrounded by nature and being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is perfect for exploring Mall Road and Ridge. Excellent sound system and DJ in the bar. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a great view of the valley. Good room service and food. Convenient for walking to main sites of interest.

The view from our room was fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was decent enough. The room size was adequate, and the central heating worked well during the chilly Christmas season.
The hotel staff was not very accommodating or friendly, and the bathroom could use an upgrade. The restaurant prices were ridiculously high and not worth the average taste.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city with easy walking distance to Mall Road. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. the hotel has a good location, just a short walk to the main shopping area. the restaurant served a variety of dishes.
The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. We had an issue with our room that was not promptly resolved.

This hotel is excellently located just off a pedestrianised area with quick and easy access to the main sites of interest. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with modern facilities. the staff was friendly, hospitable and very helpful in providing an enjoyable breakfast service.
There were issues with the ventilation in the room and washroom, which were not resolved properly by the staff.
